If George Sr. was born with a "silver foot in his mouth," it sounds like Barbara Bush and her son could use a silver boot to their behinds.If you haven't heard Mrs. Bush's insensitive comments, about the evacuees, you can read them in The Chicago Tribune. her comments didn't look that bad to me, and i'm as anti-bush as they come.
Right. She said living on a cot in the Astrodome is "working very well" for "underprivileged" people. That's not that bad. Ha ha ha - hey, those people were poor, anyway! They've got it great!
The Bush family will probably have a big laugh about all this on Trent Lott's rebuilt porch when all this is done.
